Purple

We, at MIRU, are ecstatic to bring Purple to life. A beautiful shade of purplish cream on top of that vibrant green iced matcha latte. No food colouring or dye. No artificial flavouring. No artificial sweetener. No cane sugar. 

Our recipe uses freshly roasted Purple Sweet Potato amongst other ingredients. A little sweetness meets a little savouriness. Inspired by Philippine's Ube, it was hard to find good quality ube in Singapore and did not want to utilise food flavourings. 

Motivated to create a delicious drink with freshly-sourced ingredients, we came up with Purple. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

The cream is not dairy-free but not to worry, there are vegan-friendly options!
